Have a look around at our rooms and facilities, you'll find us at number 1 Caw Park - a leafy, mature residential area in the Waterside of Derry.

Just a minute from the Foyle Bridge, the longest in Ireland, and five minutes from City of Derry airport, we're also close to the town centre, and within a short walk of St. Columb's Park.

You'll have a warm and floral welcome on arriving! We take great care of our flower baskets out front, and the decking area out back also opens onto onto a large garden, perfect for a glass of wine on those summer evenings.

Enjoy private parking facilities at Caw Cottage, and public transport is just at the top of the street.

Our dining room and rest area open out onto the decking for a breakfast with the birds! Breakfast, either continental or a full Irish, is served between 8 and 9.30 am.

You can rest easy at Caw Cottage in the evenings, with Satellite TV / DVD and wireless internet access. We also have a dedicated PC for our guests.
